On St Nicholas Ave near 164th street. We will match you to the other awesome roommates. The apartment is located within an elevator building. Laundry in the basement! Great sized living room, and updated kitchen.

All bedrooms are great size with nice sized closets and nice natural light. Three other female roommates have already reserved rooms. All are in their 20's and working.

Rm 2 - 10.1 in x 11.5 in- $795
Rm 3 - 8.1 in x 14.6 in- $860
Rm 4 - 13.2 in x 14.7 in- $965
