This is a ginormous 5 bedroom (technically a 6 bedroom!) with two full bathroom apartment with a wash. er and dryer in unit. There are technically 6 bedrooms, but since the rent is discounted, we are renting it as a 5 bedroom and the extra room will be used as an additional communal area/guest bedroom. The building is located on Hamilton Place, a super quiet street between Broadway and Amsterdam. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of an elevator building.
