Quiet Laid Back Mature Student

I am looking to share an apartment with (preferably) quiet, clean LGBTQ people 30/35+ who tell the truth, no narcissists please (I've been living with one person who's noisy and sloppy, and a narcissist. I really don't care what your sexuality or gender identity is as long as mine are respected in turn.
I am an introverted and quiet student, working for their masters degree in English. I am transgender (non-binary), liberal to moderate politically, but don't care what your politics are unless you're a Trump supporter. I don't care what religion you have, if any, as long as its not fundamentalist or bigoted. I can see at least two sides to every issue, so am flexible. Open to all types except real extroverts.
