Female student close downtown 12months before 1/23

I am looking for a single or double room. I am available to move in on 31/12/2022 and have a budget of $900-$1300per month (including utilities). The ideal location would be Manhattan, Astoria, LIC, Woodside, North Brooklyn, East Williamsburg, and Bedford, Ridgewood. Hoping to find a place close to the train and about 30 commuting time to downtown Manhattan. I am looking for a lease term of 6 months to a year. I would prefer to share the restroom and the bath with females, ideally between 23 and 40 years old.
I have most of my classes at night, and I go to school during the day 3-5 a week. I would love to know more about you but also respect your space and privacy. I am easy to get along with. I am willing to do cleaning and keep areas tidy.
