I am a 20+year renovator, boat worker, stage hand and mechanic. I am well traveled, open minded, friendly, and mature. I am currently dodging rain drops as I type this.

I have made it through one of the toughest years of my life and the the previous two were not that great either. 2020 blew me out of the water literally.

I need a place to rent ASAP. I'm not picky, but I do appreciate class and the nuiances of a freshly remodeled interior. Parking is not an issue, neither are pets.

This is tantamount for me right now... I do not have children nor do I associate with many people. I am recovering from a few scenarios that have physically and financially crippled me, though I'm seeking legal counsel on these respects on my behalf.
