I recently moved to Florida but will be leaving the rental I am with now. For July of 2023 or sooner I would like to find a room to rent. I currently pay no more than $1100/month with utilities and need to remain in this range for my next rental. I am an assistant manager in Aventura and a Social Work student part time in my last year of studies. I am usually very busy through the week. Work full time 40 hours and intern plus assignments 22 hours a week. I am also an extremely clean and organized person. I do enjoy occasional events in Florida. I own 1 sedan car that I would need parking for.
