Vane looking for a room

Hi, im looking for a furniture room (preference) in NYC area close by UES but open to other locations. My budget max is $1100, I would like to live with kind and respectful people. I’m organized and respectful with someone else space so I won’t be annoyed around the house, probably in my room most of the time doing my stuff but at the same time I’ll be out for school and job.
