Clean, Reading, Professional Looking For Roommate

Hello, I am looking for a room with a female who is that is clean, professional, smart and quiet (reader) in the New York area. I work for the City in IT and I have recurring income. My ideal pay for rent is $700 monthly. This is a temporary move up to 3 years or less. My lease ends in September 2023. I have no pets, no visitors and no loud music. I go to school on the side of work, so I will be studying while in apartment. Also, I use a high speed blender in the mornings for my green smoothies..:).
