Creative Individual Needs A Space

I’m an artist (abstract paint), college educated, particular but not snobby, I like Americana, retro things, contemporary designs and mid-century. I’m clean and organized, have traveled and visited places outside of the U. S. I’m hetero. I attend Christian churches.

I like adventure, the outdoors, hiking, exploring, surfing, camping, culture, motorcycling, cool clothes, style, indie bands alt music, I’m young at heart, slightly introverted, keep to myself. I’m low-maintenance…

I rarely drink alcohol and I do not enjoy loud, sloppy drunks or obnoxious and rude persons.

Single and never married, no “baggage”, super-mellow drama, don’t like hyper-activity…do not enjoy stressful environments at all…

Originally from Jersey but spent last 20 years in SoCal.

I have allergies to pets, allergic to pet dander, dust, mold, cologne, perfume, artificial fragrances, slobs, goons, and jamokes, dorks, millennials…and hipsters…and people who don’t like salads, sushi or Indian food of the India variety…or granola and dried fruits or chocolate milk.

I will drink goat milk if cow milk is not available. I also drink oat milk and almond milk and rice milk. I enjoy a good dark roast coffee. I can eat vegan or vegetarian if prepared correctly although I don’t know how to do that.

essential oils and organic things are great though!

I do smoke cigarettes but NEVER indoors and I do not smoke often nor a lot. I’m being honest…I don’t allow myself or surrounding to stink like an ashtray or a night at the bar.
