Quiet professionals seeking a decent sized room

We are a stable hard working, full-time employed couple seeking a large room for rent asap. We prefer a queen bed and utilities included. We must have a closet as well since there are two of us.

We hope to rent a place where respect, cleanliness, and privacy are respected just as much as we give. We often keep to ourselves on our room, but cooking must be okay.

We prefer Washington Heights are but willing to consider other areas for the right room and easy train access.
