Looking for a room in Manhattan

I just moved to the city and have a temporary accommodation until March 31. So am seeking a new room (preferably a private bath but not a deal breaker) starting then and open for signing a new lease as well if we jointly stumble on to a good property. I work on Park and 41st so anything within a decent commute should be okay. My work schedule is 9-6, the rest of the time is spent on working out, my side venture and outdoor activities. I also look forward to exploring all the nice restaurants and bars in the city. Open for all sorts of roommates except the ones who still enjoy being in a frat house (no offense - I did too when I was relatively younger)
