I do work long hours. Jave launched an accounting training program so working on promoting this project. . Have two well behaved birds.

I returned unexpectedly from London England. Expect to return from March to May of 2023. All being well, the business will require travel back and forth between the two cities, so possibly the room can replace a hotel room after the formal relocation

I seldom use the cooker, but I do take advantage of my share of the refrigerator with healthy foods. What I am getting at is if you do a lot of cooking and the kitchen is important, it's yours!
