Employed, quiet respectful male seeking Roomate...

Hello,
my name is Anthony (prefer to be called by my nickname Jordan).
Currently I am looking for the ideal roommate situation:
the first and best situation is a two bedroom apartment possibly three (tops).
Second, it could be a private house with a furnished room set up (but only if there are respectful, quiet, clean tenants that live on the floor being rented...up to three tenants tops)

About Me:

I assure you I would make a very good roommate. I am employed with two part time jobs, 80% of time stay to my self. My hobbies are fitness, nutrition, yoga, and communing with nature so i have a peaceful aura; Also I am very down to earth, and friendly with a nice sense of humor.
Similarly like myself, i am looking for a roommate that is respectful, fair, mentally balanced, not into having excessive loud company, employed (and gives off a positive vibe).

I am really fond of queens for quiet living and nature, so I'm looking for a nice area such as forest hill, wood haven, Rego park, Elmhurst, or Astoria etc.
Basically as long as its not too ghetto or a block with people with no lives sitting on stoops all day, because I can't stand blocks like that!
So if I sound like the ideal roommate contact me so we can discuss standards, meeting, rental price etc (negotiations is acceptable)
