Need A Place To Share

I am a female student aged 23 looking for a single room. I am available to move from 08/25/2014 and have a budget of upto $800. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 21 and 40 years old. I respect other's privacy and would expect the same. I would prefer room mates that I can share a good conversation with and are fun to share the living space with. I don't mind sharing the bathroom as long as we can keep it clean.
