Looking for a room - student in design

Full-time fashion design student looking for a furnished room.

A bit about myself -

Aisan-american, been working in Fashion and Finance industry overseas for years, having a career change now.

May seem a bit quiet at the beginning, but I've no problem getting along with anyone as long as there's mutual respect. Drama-free, open-minded, love to laugh, easy-going, organized, respectful, considerate, CLEAN and TIDY, and welcome any constructive yet non-critizing comments.

I'll be very busy with school so I'd love a place that is peaceful, chill and relaxed. Just chilling at home or cooking would be the best part after a busy day at school. Exploring the city together on weekends would be fun too!

Occasional friends visit/ overnighters is totally fine as long as they don't make themselves like extra roommates.
Usually I'm open to conversations but I'd love to keep it personal when appropriate. But overall I love interaction with people that are respectful and positive.

Ideal roommate: open-minded, clean, tidy, respectful, don't slam the doors, easy-going, drama-free, mature and someone who likes to share life experience. A roommate who works/studies in the design field is a plus!

My financials is solid to support myself. I do pay my rent on time. If you'd like to know more, please ask nicely (have had unpleasant experience with questions/ judgements about my financial status, that's just unnecessary). I'm not here to play games because it just a waste of my time.
