Looking for a room by August first!

Ay I'm a 21 year old student going into my senior year at the School of Visual Arts, I have living room furniture of my own so an unfurnished place would be ideal.

I prefer my space to be clean/organized but i'm not obsessively anal about it, I also love to have fun but I do need space to do work.

I have two cats who are super friendly and probably the best cats you'll ever meet.

I'm interested in areas like bushwick (where I live currently), bed-stuy, east williamsburg, and possibly crown heights.

I'm looking for people who are somewhat low key and easy to get along with, but we don't necessarily have to become best friends

I'm also a smoker and I would prefer to smoke inside however I can obviously go outside if it's a problem for you.

My lease is up August first so moving in around then would be ideal. Feel free to call or text me any time~~

my favorite authors are henry miller and f scott fitzgerald, and my favorite band is the velvet underground. I really really love books and music etc etc etc
