I am a professional female aged 26 looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from 08/01/2014 and have a budget of $1100/month. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 23 and 40 years old. I'm currently working out of Manhattan, copywriting for a large advertising company. Right now I am living upstate, and my commute is over two hours each way, so I'm desperate for a place closer to the city! Parking and laundry on site would be great, not a deal breaker though. Doesn't have to be furnished, as I have a lot of my own stuff that I'd love to utilize.
About me, I'm a down to earth, silly, extroverted introvert- meaning I love being social and laughing but I definitely need my own time and space to recharge. I work a lot, 9 to around 6, Monday through Friday. I'm pretty neat, sometimes a bit unorganized but only in my personal space (or my purse). Love old books, reading, hiking, painting, art, antiques, the outdoors and animals. I have a small bird but she is very well behaved and caged.
