Filmmaker just moved from Dubai lookin 4 a couch?

Stephan here, writer from a small town working on a movie here in New York in the West Village. wqsaxs at the big Y! Luckily we have a producer with an unlimited budget so we are going to try for the Academy Awards and other awards that we qualify for. My parents are living in upstate New York so I often go away on the weekends and I am working many hours on this movie so I'm not often at home evenings. My lease is up so I am looking for a room, before this I was living in Dubai. I'm a clean person & I keep things in order and I never cook-- I eat healthy. A couch or floor space would probably also work for me but I could be staying for 2 years as my boss has many projects he wants me to do but he is old so if anything happened to him I might move. I was living in Dubai and learned some Arabic and Hindi language from there and from my travels, also pretty good at French and looking to improve it. I'm not interested in spending a lot on the room/couch/space since i'm very easy-going and although I may stay here for one year on this movie I will eventually move back to Dubai.
