The sweetest coolest guy you'll ever room with

What can I say? I'm a good guy. I'm responsible, mature, fair, honest, laid-back, fun, funny, social (but aware of the need for privacy), positive and trustworthy.

I clean up after myself, I help keep common areas tidy, and if I'm doing my dishes and you left a couple in the sink I'll do them too.

I'm friendly to animals (and love pets).

I have a group of friends that I go out with, however I won't bring the party home. But if you like hosting parties, I'm totally up for that too!

I like music, movies, tv, video games, and I'm often on my laptop in my room reading, listening/playing music or getting work done.

I play the keys and will be bringing a keyboard that you're welcome to play with.

I have furniture (inc a queen-size bed) so I do need some space, but not much. The good news is that I have a 48" flatscreen, with surrounds and consoles that I wouldn't mind contributing to a living room. Also I got a really nice coffee table and I could bring the most comfortable futon the store had (or not if no room).

By the way, if you like it quiet, I have headphones for EVERYTHING.

As for the financial stuff, I work freelance in the market research field and have a part time job as an insurance inspector, where I have to drive around the local area a lot. Also, I am a student earning a NYS teaching certification as a high school tech ed teacher. I am receiving student loans to help out, and I am getting a lump sum that will be able to cover the rent for months.
