Honest, responsible, considerate, cool film pro

Hello! I used to live in NYC for 7 years. Manhattan mostly. East Village. Had to move back to Texas after 9/11. Now I'm back!

I work as a location manager and scout in the film industry on major feature films, TV shows, and commercials. It's hard work. When I'm on a job, I'm rarely home. I'm organized, clean, responsible, considerate, thoughtful, honest, sincere, and kind. Despite how that may sound, I'm also modest! I generally get along with everyone who has similar qualities!

I'm here working to re-establish myself in the NYC film business, as there's very little production in Texas. I have many contacts who are helping me do that. I just need a reasonable place to stay (even somewhat temporarily), and I'll be set!

As a location manager and scout in the film business, my goal is always to leave a location in as good condition, if not better, than it was before we shot there. I'm the same way with living arrangements.

I hope to hear from people looking to sublet, or who might be interested in being roommates. Ideally, I'd love to have my own place, however. I value my privacy. But a roommate situation could be great, too. Although I have this listed under "Manhattan," I'm interested in anything within about 30 minutes of the city. And although I have "$1500" listed, I'd rather spend less, especially if it does not include parking, as I have a car. If I have to pay extra for a spot nearby, that may impact my budget on the place, a bit.
