Executive Entrepreneur looking for calm, trusty

Greetings,

I am the Vice President of a high-tech startup with 20 years of video game development experience looking for a calm, trustworthy roommate and/or room to rent while I focus on helping my company get successfully off the ground. Some of my past professional works include Ultima Online, Star Wars Galaxies and League of Legends.

I spend every other weekend in Philadelphia where my fianc? is getting her Executive MBA at Wharton. The weekends in which I'm in-town, I jog in Central Park, watch football, handle personal errands and generally spend little time at home.

My daily routine involves getting up around 5: 30am and leaving the house by 7am and not returning until late evening around 8pm. The only noise I create is my blender making my morning fruit smoothie.

I am cleanly, tolerant, flexible, quiet and live lightly at this time with my only needs being a bed, a place to hang my clothes and a working shower. I do have a couch and a TV which I can either bring or sell off as needed.
