Professional Artist looking for a room/Studio/1BR

Looking for a room or studio in a comfy environment, ideally furnished but not required, from a month to month type situation, six month lease to a one year lease. Open to many locations but access to public transportation would be nice. 5 Points, RiNo, Santa Fe, Baker, Washington Park, Platt Park & other art centric areas would be ideal as well; but can go further out, Lakewood, Aurora, Arvada etc. Some art studio space would be nice too.

A bit about me, late 20s, speak 4 languages, professional, MBA degree, remote translator/interpret, part time art career & evening gigs. Responsible, clean & organized here and would appreciate the same, another creative to further inspiration would be great too! I would also be spending most of my time exploring the great outdoors, so as much as I do spend time home painting and being productive, a lot of it will be outdoors. Currently in Lakewood and can come visit. Social media/Linkedin/referrals available.
