I bedroom wanted /utiliies include

I am a young professional who is looking for a 1 bedroom with utilites included, I am a very quiet and private person who likes my own space, I do work from 9-5pm M-F and would like some peace and quiet from a long hard day at work as an account coordintor. I do have a small kitten so please take that into considertaion before contacting me, he is 4 months old and well behaved and ofcourse he would be with me 100% of the time in the room, if you have any other questions that you would like to ask please feel free to contact me asap, I would like to move at the end of the month. thanks and look forward in speaking to my potential roommate
