Looking for a new home!

Hi! I'm a 23 year old Australian living and working New York. I'm now looking for a room to move into from the start of August/end of July when my current lease is up. Preferably a 12 month lease but will consider something less if necessary.
I work full time as a producer for an advertising agency in Manhattan and have a masters degree in film and television.
I spend a lot of time out and about (leaving the house early for the gym and returning late when I work late) but when I?m home I?m friendly, respectful and clean.
I am an environmentally conscious vegan (not preachy) that loves the gym, yoga, reading, exploring NYC (when I'm not working crazy hours), trying out new restaurants/foods, watching movies and TV shows, music/concerts and Harry Potter.
I?m a non smoker and completely house trained - I can cook, clean and split necessities like toilet paper etc.
I have a girlfriend that would probably stay over 1-2 nights a week (mostly weekends) but she's just as relaxed and friendly as I am.
I?m looking for queer friendly housemates that are respectful, trustworthy and easy to get along with.
