Accepted new job offer, need room asap

Hi potential roomie :) My name is Jessica, but most call me Jess. I'm a young professional who's originally from the Washington, DC metro area, but I just accepted a new, exciting position for an organization in Harlem. I start the position on June 15th, so I'm looking to move in as soon as possible (ideally on Saturday, June 13th). I am open to apartments anywhere in Manhattan, and I am willing to spend up to $1, 300 on rent alone (or up to $1, 450 on rent + utilities). I'm a very friendly, easygoing, and easy to get along with individual. No drama, I don't drink or smoke and I am about average when it comes to social activities (may have a friend or two over occasionally, but definitely not the type to bring the party home...or party often in general.) Seeking a female roommate (or roommates), preferably who are also young professionals (in their 20's). I look forward to hearing from you!
