Book publishing professional looking for room

I’m a production editor working in book publishing, currently living in Astoria. My lease is up on February 28, and I’m looking for a new place to stay!

My ideal room would be large and sunny, with enough space for a WFH setup. I’d prefer a bathroom shared only with one other person (and I would be willing to pay more for a private/ensuite bath).

About me as a roommate: I'm quiet, low-key, and responsible; I make sure to clean up after myself in the kitchen and common areas, and I see the home as a place to unwind (so I won't be bringing the party home—if I want to have a friend over, I'll ask beforehand!). I’m pretty introverted but am generally down to have a chat or tea/drinks/dinner with roommates—having good relationships with the people I live with is very important to me.

I'm hoping for similarly friendly and responsible roommates who share a proactive attitude toward household upkeep. Looking forward to meeting you!
