Single female looking for a flat share

My name is Wendy, I recently moved to NYC from London.
I'm working for a British family as their live-in nanny, but looking for a place to rent. Flat share will be ideal.

I got working visa and all the necessary paperwork as well as letters from my employer and previous landlord.

I'm friendly, intelligent, open minded, sociable lady who respect others. Single, non smoker, no pets and no dramas:) Very tidy and organised - ask my boss! Working long hours during the week (5 days a week) so I won't be in most times, mainly just to sleep. Active at the weekend, would like to carry on with my rock climbing and yoga.
