Looking for a roommate

I am a male 28 year old looking to find a roommate and get an apartment by April first. My ideal area is Astoria, Queens. The train I would need to get to work are the M and E trains, so I would like to be near those train lines.
I do smoke, social drink and I keep to myself in my room and watch T. V and play video games. I do like to cook as well and I would prefer a dishwasher. I am currently dating and she would be coming over only on the weekends. I also have a cat, hes old but hes siamese and hes cute. I prefer our rooms to be on the other side of the apartment as opposed wall to wall.

PREFERRED ROOMMATE: In a perfect world I would love to have a roommate whose a chef, and would cook all the time and bring in food lol then we would definitely need a dishwasher.
You also like to hang and smoke, and come to music festivals with the crew or whatever. I know its hard living with people so we would have to respect each others space and TRY to keep a clean house. At least nasty bathroom stuff anyways. I am not at all the cleanest person but do tend to clean once in awhile lol so if youre a neat freak we may not be the best fit.
