Londoner - moving to NYC for 1 year

I?m a young professional (consultant to the events and media industry), moving to New York from London for around 1 year. I?m very relaxed and sociable, and I want to be part of a friendly household (more than just somewhere to sleep!). I like to keep busy. In my spare time I like to exercise (kickboxing), or at home I generally like to relax with some TV, or just chat with my housemates. I?m also super excited to explore New York.

On a side note, I am very clean, and my flatmates tell me I?m easy to get along with! I live with two girls; we?ve lived together for two years, and we all get on great. I am happy to put you in touch with them if you want a reference. Around the apartment I'm happy to give everyone their own space, keep noise to a minimum, and do my fair share of housework. I'm also always up for grabbing a beer.
