Student looking for private room in Long Beach

Hello! I'm Yuki, I'm currently a student at CSULB studying illustration. I'm looking to move before my fall semester this year, anytime between June 1st and August 1st.

I'm looking to room with people who know how to take care of a shared living space and will communicate with maturity when dealing with logistic matters (I don't mind a lil chit chat for casual stuff though!). I would also prefer people to be able to handle their own individual responsibilities themselves for the most part (I dont mind helping occassionally or in an emergency of course) Since I am a student that works, I'm pretty busy most of the time so I personally don't party (unless I'm at a bar or somethin!) but I don't mind anyone else that does! I grew up with noise in the house so that's not a bother for me, and I personally do not partake in this but I am friendly :)
