Groovy guy seeking relaxed, drug free atmosphere.

I?m a groovy guy who will walk over a bed of nails with a grin on my face and a song in my heart. You can find me singing on the subway, playing chess in the park, smiling at strangers, watching local theatre and dancing to anything. I?m liberal minded and can get along with just about any person and any animal. I?m drug free, alcohal free and don?t smoke. I won't judge anyone for drinking (unless they're an obnoxious alcoholic) but a drug free environment is a must. I?m attending the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts to study acting, but work as a software engineer to pay the bills.

Most important factors are affordability, and commute distance to my school (trying to keep a 40 minute or less commute to Chelsea).
