50ish straight (not narrow) white male needs room

52 yrs old straight white male, open-minded and tolerant, as long as m personal space is respected. Relatively quiet, clean, responsible. I am an IT consultant looking for an month-to-month rental on a low budget ($800/mo, plus utilities), open to sleeping on a couch, if it's a nice place in a good location. I don't care about pets, I'm a carnivore, and can be sociable when I'm not busy or tired. May be working irregular hours or getting up early for the gym. My social life will be minimal and low-key, although I may come home late sometimes. I am a social drinker.
