International Graduate Seeking Long Term room

I am an international student from South Africa who graduated in Communications Design studies at Pratt Institute (May 2020) and am looking for a minimum stay of 6 months with the possibility of an extension. I currently work in fashion as a graphic designer for a company in Brooklyn and I also work as a freelance graphic designer. I predominantly work from home and am looking for wfh friendly environment. That being said I am an active person and enjoy leaving the house to get fresh air.

I am a cis gay male and am preferably looking to live in LGBTQ+ friendly space. I enjoy yoga, meditation, 80s pop music, 70s disco music and have keen sense of interior design in case anyone needs beautify their living space.

Lastly I am not one to bring the party home and am especially conscious about bringing guests during this time.
