Put in a VERY bad position, looking to move ASAP!

Clean, quiet, non-smoking business owner who works from home during the day and goes out some nights. Relocated last month from Arizona after being away from NY for fifteen years and am now being forced to move because I was scammed by the roommate I trusted. Because of this, I do not have first, last and security, but I have first and security.

I have my own queen bed, but will ditch it if I must. I need enough space for a desk and I have a lot of clothes. I am not loud, but would like the ability to have an overnight guest on occasion. I would not abuse that.

I also have a GMC Yukon that I hope to park without to much difficulty.
