Journalist / enjoyer of yoga

Hello!

I'm Matt, an Australian journalist who's been in NYC for 6 years. I've been living by myself for the past couple years, which has been great, but I'm hoping to save some money by finding a room. I'm looking for a large room, hopefully with one or two other housemates.

I work from the office Mon-Fri 99pc of the time. Fallen for yoga this past year, and try to go 3-4 times a week. I clean up after myself, love a chat, and I'm respectful of other people's space and property.

Ideally, I'm looking for a lease of at least 12 months. Because I've been living by myself I've got everything you need for an apartment (lounge, chairs, shelves, kitchenware, etc). If that's helpful, great. Otherwise I'll sell / put in storage. Looking forward to chatting!
