Lavish Roommate Seeking Room

I am a 32 year old actor looking for a new pad in NYC. I prefer to live in HK, West Village, Chelsea, or Upper West Side. I am a super chill, friendly, outgoing guy who is a very respectful Roommate. I would love to live with anyone who understands the artist lifestyle. I know how to rage until 5am but can also have a quiet night in. It would be great to make a new friend as a Roommate but I am also very cool being independent. A common living area is a must. My work schedule is quite vast as I am an independent contractor. That means I work like 72 random jobs which change from day to day. I also have a gay travel show where I Trek the Globe. I usually go somewhere new every 2 months for about 3-5 days.
