Seeking private room

I am looking for a large, unfurnished, private room in The Bronx or Upper Manhattan.
I am a 42 year old, straight, single female who works long, mixed hours, and am looking to rent long-term or permanently.
I am quiet, clean, have no pets, no kids, a non-smoker, and am not the partying type.
I already have my own queen-sized bed and boxed spring, some kitchen items, and very little furniture.
Anything concerning the apartment, I am open and communicative; otherwise I am an introvert and spend most of the time in my room.
I live a quiet life, and am looking for a like-minded roommate who keeps a clean , quiet place, keeps their TV and music on low volumes or uses headphones, and is communicative especially regarding visitors. Sorry, no overnight guests?one roommate tends to multiply.
Female roommate is preferred, but am open to having a male roommate.
