Music Teacher/Student Seeks Room/Loft/Studio

Hi. I'm looking for a room or a small loft/studio apartment in Hopewell, Blawenburg, Rocky Hill, Princeton, and vicinity in Mercer County, NJ.

I?m neat, considerate, and responsible; non-smoker, social drinker if at all. I'm easy to get along with, and accept others for who they are. I'm also happy to take my turn with housecleaning and chores. I have references available on request.

Also, I'm a student at the Berklee College of Music online (graduation expected in spring 2021), and teach guitar and ukulele from Pennington to Plainsboro, and all points in between. I also lead a jazz quartet, so I tend to come and go in late afternoons, and sometime weekends and afternoons/evenings until about 9 pm. I do NOT host rehearsals, nor would do so, unless it's okay with everyone else--and then volumes are kept low. Quality music doesn't need excessive volume. In fact, I can guarantee it.

I'm a grownup, so my school assignments and played at low volume and only at reasonable hours (i. e. usually 11 am-9 pm).. If you have a cat or dog, that's great. I'm a pet person (but sadly, I lost my kitty last December after 19 years) so if I could rescue a kitten, I will assume full responsibility for its care in a loving, forever home.

I?m handy around the house and would be happy to do yard work, shovel snow, give guitar lessons, etc. to barter for a lower rent or utilities.
