Room Apartment/Room Wanted for Couple

Hello.

We are a warm, hard-working & amiable couple seeking a room or apartment to rent on a monthly basis. Preferably, we would like Brooklyn, Manhattan or Queens as our areas
of choice.

About the place wanted:
We would need a place that doesn't have a determined maximum stay duration amount. Preferably, nothing above the 4th floor would be good. It can be
furnished or unfurnished. If it's a room, a private entrance would be nice, but not necessary. We would prefer a private bathroom or even a half bathroom,
but would do with a shared one. And preferably a place that doesn't have more than two occupants would be ideal. Their ages doesn't matter as long as they

are serious when work needs to get done but not be overly serious and can be down to earth. They're occupation doesn't matter to us as long as we can all
cover the needed costs.

About us:
We are primarily English speakers.
We don't smoke, so the place must be a non-smoking room/apartment. We can provide a month or two of rent plus a deposit if necessary.
We both loves cats (meow!) but won't be bringing any pets with us. Hence, we choose for the place to be pet free, especially from Scoobies. Woof, woof!
