Looking for a nice/clean/friendly roommate

Hi I'm Maria, I was born in Brooklyn but my parents moved the family to the suburbs of New York when we were younger. I want to go back to Brooklyn, Dumbo preferably, or anywhere safe in the city, but I'm open to your suggestions too. I'm looking for someone who wants to hang out sometimes and have fun. Concerts, food, music, you name it. If you just want to be roommates that's cool too. Whether you're introverted or extroverted, I will respect that. I write, play guitar, and my time is split between working, and pursuing a career in acting and music. I can afford to pay between 500 and 650 a month. I come from a big family so I understand the need for privacy, but I also like to get to know my roommates. The earliest I can move in is late May. I would like to share the place for at least a year. Looking for someone who is friendly, hard working, clean and organised. I like to cook, so I wouldn't mind making food for my roommate. You can smoke, just not in the apartment please. Just looking for a positive, well mannered roommate.
