Prof. seeking private room/bath 3-4 weeknights

I regularly commute to Gaithersburg from Philadelphia and need a local place to sleep 3-4 nights each week. I am in my late forties, married, a father, and a professional employed with a local company. The space would just be for me when I am in town, and I would rarely be there on weekends (excepting some Sunday evenings). I sometimes arrive as late as 11:30p.

My needs in the kitchen/fridge would be pretty minimal (making coffee in the morning, takeout at night, room for some beer and snacks). Private bath and secure, nearby parking are a must, and prefer to avoid significant noise outside the house (traffic, school, etc.). I like to be cold once the weather warms up, so best to find someone without financial or comfort obstacles to indulge in A/C between Apr-Oct (again, I wouldn't be there much); a separate thermostat is even better. I also like it on the cold side in the winter months.

I prefer to find a place without children or other family situations to avoid feeling like I am traipsing through your personal moments. In addition to myself, prefer just one other person in the house, maximum of two.
