I need a new home with like-minded people!

I need a place I can live permanently that's near a subway station. At 72, I know I'm older than most people seeking roommates, but there would be some advantages for my potential hosts. I'm a retired chef, and I hate cooking for one. My specialty is NYC ethnic, so I can cook pretty much whatever you like. I know markets very well, having worked in gourmet retail, so I can source whatever ingredients we need. My politics are progressive, and I have scores of followers on Facebook and Quora. I want to do more political theater, which I did in past years. I embrace diversity in my life as well as my cooking. I don't have a lot of personal stuff, but I have a lot of cooking gear, and I keep an extensive pantry, depending on available space. Please let me know if there is more than one flight of stairs.
