Student looking for a bedroom!

My name is Cristina and I am a senior and fashion student at the University of Texas doing my internship semester in Manhattan. I will need a place to live for at least three months starting no later than September 1st to mid or late December. Depending on if I decide to stay in NY after my internship I may consider staying later.

I am looking for a private bedroom and preferably furnished. I don't mind sharing a bathroom or the living spaces. I am generally clean and pick up after myself especially in the common areas and look for someone who is the same. I don't smoke and would prefer to live with someone who doesn't either. I drink socially but usually only on the weekends. I don't play on having people over very much.

I would prefer to live either in lower Manhattan or if in Brooklyn somewhere that's not too far away as I will have to commute on a daily basis.
