Female Professional looking for room

I'm an easy going person looking for a laid back, friendly, independent, roommate who already has a mostly furnished place within 30 minute walk of my school in the East Village. (I will be the School Director in a small private school in that neighborhood.) I will be gone most Friday afternoons through Monday after work, but will occasionally be home on the weekends with a guest, my husband Jason. Ideally I'd have my own bathroom, but if you like to keep it basically clean, I can share. I don't cook much and when I do it is simple. I love to chat with roommates at the end of the day, but I don't need a best friend. I get along with pretty much everyone!
