Female Student Looking for Room for Rent

I am looking for a short-term commitment (possibly long-term depending on circumstances). I would like a private bedroom to rent in someone's apartment on a month-to-month basis. I am looking for someone who is fairly tidy and a decent person. I am not concerned about the gender or orientation of a potential roommate. I am a fairly clean and quiet roommate. I am often gone for work or school, so I may not be in the apartment much during the day. I am punctual with payments and don't often have guests (very rarely more than one at a time, if any at all). I appreciate a peaceful home after a long day.
