Female Speech Therapist Looking to move in July

I'm a full-time speech therapist, and I work in NYC schools. I'm looking to either stay in Brooklyn or move to Manhattan on August 1st. The ad preferences mention a washing machine, but it doesn't matter to me if it's in-unit or just in the building. If I'm able to have my own bathroom, I don't mind living with guys at all, but I'd prefer to be with women for an apartment with a shared bathroom. A little more about me: I love animals, theater and music. I'm very outgoing, but I don't bring the party home. I'm hoping for some social time with my roommates, but I also understand that everyone needs their privacy.
