1)Looking for one bedroom with private bath, shared kitchen, and space for my Internet work - Global Wine & Culinary tours. Washer-dryer a plus. Parking a necessity.
2)Would like roommates who are professionals and responsible and fun. No negative people. Age doesn't matter (25-60) as I have been a well-rated (by students) Professor at Pepperdine and Loyola Marymount Univ. School of Business and ran ad agency for 25 yrs with much younger students and employees - many of whom previously were my successful students or Interns.
3) As a roommate I can provide great dining and wining experiences (I now run a global wine tour company), a lot of laughs, and intellectual stimulation, inspiration and motivation as well as valuable business insight and experience.
3a) As a part-time, highly-rated Uber-Lyft driver with over 5000 rides I can also offer important human insight and lots of great stories!
