Emily Schoof

My name is Emily Schoof, and I'm a 23 year old female. I'm a very friendly social- introvert. Not painfully shy- I love to socialize and go out, go to music festivals, talk in the evenings, etc, but I do like to spend time alone to work and recharge.

A bit of background...

Where I'm from:
Im from various parts of NorCal (Walnut Creek and north of Sac). After I graduated college, I move to LA and I've been living there for the last year and a half.

Schooling:
Cal Poly SLO grad (2015) in Biology/Human Anatomy/Cell Bio

Previous work:
I used to work at the John Wayne Cancer Institute in Santa Monica in Neuro-oncology and Immunology.

Reasons for being in SF:
I want to remain in medicine, but from the tech side. The female coding environment in SF is extraordinary, and so is the networking.

Timeline:
Im committing to being in SF for a minimum of 2 months, very possible extension to 6+months.

I'm actually in SF right now, so I'd love to arrange a time to meet with you guys if the above information are the characteristics of a person that would mesh well in your home.
