Looking For A Room Or Apt Hunting Parter!

Looking for a room to rent, or someone to go apartment hunting with.

new tenants moved in upstairs a few months ago and they are quite a handful. obnoxious at all hours of the day/night and bullying the little old landlady. letting go of my current two bedroom to start new, but man is nyc expensive.

clean and quiet dude. work 10 hours a day, 4-5 days a week. i view home as a sanctuary, so i never bring guests in. that doesnt mean we cant share meals and a good conversation, or a few drinks!

I do have a special needs dog, who i rescued 5 years ago. she is housetrained and adapts quickly to new people and surroundings. she is a heartbreaker though, so try not to melt when you meet her! she is housetrained (as previously mentioned), keeps mostly to herself if im not around (and if i am around, shes my shadow), only ever barks if someone bangs on a door and i am home. if im not home, you will never hear a peep out of her (my current landlady can testify to this LOL). all in all, shes a sweet little angel.
