Adman from singapore - fun, respectful, flexible

Professional moving to new york for work in a creative agency in manhattan. Looking for a room in a flatshare: I don't collect much stuff - so don't mind a smaller room and sharing a bathroom. But also ok to pay a bit more for the master.

I'm pretty relaxed, tidy & clean (e. g. hate leaving unwashed dishes for more than a day) and live well with equally reasonable people. There're no problems good, fair communication can't resolve!

I like a good party but don't like my living space trashed either. A bottle of wine, 2 friends and some Cards against humanity is as far as a party goes at home. But I generally prefer to go out (that's the whole point of me moving to NYC!)

I like pets - dogs are the best, can cuddle cats - but have none of my own.

Trying to quit smoking. But hate smoking in the apartment / indoors. Not my thing.

Into fitness, travel, music and performance art. I am also a vocalist / session singer. I speak (british) English, Mandarin, Cantonese and French.

It'll be awesome if a flatmate turns into a trusted, good friend. But even if not, fair & friendly is good enough :) hope we can work something out.
